External Intervention - What is Legitimate and what is Effective?

Professor Paul Collier is one of Europe's leading development economists. He visited Global Week 2011 and talked among other things about international interventions and how to define the red line countries need to cross for interventions to be legitimate.

Paul Collier is Director of the Centre for the Study of African Economies, University of Oxford, and author of The Bottom Billion, Oxford University Press.
